Tamarkand

Much like its counterpart, Tamarkand is divided into houses, the Most powerfrul of which is House Dragonne.

House Dragonne

Prester John: Prester John is the overall leader of Tamarkand. His counterpart in that “alternate” Lorasia is also named Prester John, and the two communicate via a mysterious spell brought to them by the mysterious bard, Rowan the Dark.

House Griffon:

Rinaldo: The patrirch of House Griffon is Rinaldo.

House Rukh:

Ruggiero: A mighty warrior, Ruggiero is the patriarch of House Rukh.

Akemi: A half-sister of Ruggiero, Akemi is a gladiator.

House Pegasi:

Alcina: The matriarch of House Pegasi and Chief Battlemege of the Tamarkand. Alcina, like Prester John, communicates with her counterpart in the “alternate” Lorasia. She has an intense dislike for the Dark Bard, but she does recognize he travels a different path that is often frought with danger, an that he possess great wisdom.

Without House:

A small group who, for various reasons, do not belong to any house.

Rowan mac Clann: The Dark Bard, sometimes called Rowan the Dark, he came to the Tamarkand and offered his services to Prester John to assist in communicating with beings of another, alternate, Lorasia whose doings were invading Prester John’s dreams. The Dark Bard brought with him an ancient spell that would breach the interdimensional gap between the two worlds and let their counterparts communicate with one another.
