----- Installation Instructions Addendum for the Setup Software -----

You must have already signed up online or over the phone 
(866)497-3736 in order to use this setup software or setup CD.  
If you use an operating system other than Windows, please look 
at our customer service area for instructions on how to setup 
your computer. Mac users can also request a copy of the 
Hyperconnections Setup CD which also has automated setup for 
MAC v.8 and higher by emailing officeadmin@hypercon.net.

NOTE: The option to dial our 800 number to signup your account is 
disabled due to a password problem.

When installing the software you must select the following options:

-- 1) On the *User Registration* screen, you must select 
"I already have an account".  Click "Next", and it will ask you to 
confirm that you wish to continue and click "Yes".

-- 2) On the *Hyperconnection Dialing Properties*, 
DO NOT PRESS THE "OK" BUTTON TO CONTINUE.  
You must click the "skip update" button instead.  Your software is 
already the most up to date version, and if you press "OK" you will 
have to restart the setup again because it will attempt to dial the 
800 number and cause the update to fail.  The next screen will ask 
you if you wish to continue anyway, click "YES"
