Is the service "Unlimited Access"? Unlimited with a caveat.
1) You may connect as often as
you wish, but the connection is not for use 24/7 or as a dedicated
connection. If you stay connected constantly, you need to purchase
a dedicated dial up account elsewhere becuase Hyperconnections
does not provide dedicated dial up accounts.
Note: PLEASE DO NOT SET YOUR EMAIL CLIENT TO CHECK MAIL AUTOMATICALLY
LESS THAN EVERY 30 MINUTES. If you are on actively on your computer,
you can check as often as you wish, but if you leave your computer
and assume it will disconnect after checking mail, it will NOT
if the mail is checked every 15 minutes or less. 30 Minutes should
be reasonable for checking mail while you are away. Alternatively,
you can set the settings in your dialer program to force the modem
to disconnect immediately after it has checked mail so that it
does not wait for the 15 minute idle timeout to disconnect it.
If you make this a rule, it will lower your computer's login time
dramatically when you are not in front of the computer, and it
is very user friendly treatment to the Hyperconnections system.
Our customer's loyalty is a top priority, and we want you to
have a great Internet experience, but in some cases, Hyperconnections,
Inc. may terninate your account for excessive use.
